Incompatible Foods

Nowadays, we already understand that some foods are harmful to our health, such as alcohol, sugar, and white flour.
However, some food mixtures are considered normal in our society. Foods considered healthy alone can become difficult to digest when combined, such as yogurt with fruit, fruit salad, fruit with nuts, cheese, and salad.

In Ayurveda, these mixtures are incompatible as they impair the quality of digestion. On the other hand, careful blending can dramatically improve digestive capacity, support the body in receiving a deeper level of nutrition, and positively impact our overall health.

Have you ever felt sleepy after lunch? Gas, reflux, bloating, and abdominal pain? You may not know it, but these are the first symptoms that your digestion is not going well. The mismatch can produce indigestion, fermentation, putrefaction, and gas formation and, if prolonged, can lead to toxemia and disease.

However, when consumed separately, these same foods stimulate Agni, increase digestion speed, and even help burn ama. These incompatible food combinations not only disturb digestion but also confuse the intelligence of our cells, which can lead to many different diseases.

Are you curious how to improve your digestion avoiding these incompatible combinations?
